Another Ohio Bike Week is fast approaching and we want you to be a part of it. Last year was a great success and we are
looking forward to another big year. We are currently booking vending spots for the Downtown Block Party only. We are booking
spots on a first paid basis. This year it is more important than ever to book your spot early.

download the application for vendor space to Ohio Bike Week 2010. Please read the entire document thoroughly and fill out and
sign the required pages. The cost per vendor space is based on location and size of space. Please see the vendor map for
locations. There is a vendor service fee of $100 for the downtown location. Your total due amount would due in full upon our
receipt of the application. These prices are non-negotiable and are due immediately upon applying for a vendor spot.
Other
requirements that need highlighting for this years event are as follows and are listed on the contract:
*Vendors must carry insurance
against damages and loss,and public liability insurance against injury and property of others. Vendors must name Advantage Entertainment
Inc., as additionally insured and will make certificate available upon request.
*All food vendors must submit their insurance forms with the application.
*Food vendors please download the application for a mobile food license and verify you are licensed for the event.
*Advantage Entertainment Inc., reserves the right to re-assign your space when necessary.
*Each vendor must complete an application and there are NO GUARANTEED reservations without payment.
*No early tear down without show management approval. No exceptions!
*No pulling out of a particular locations to move to another without approval. If you want to be at two locations you must pay for both spots and maintain a presence at both spots.
